I participated in  Exploring Space: the Capital Connection in Washington, D.C. for
teachers run by the University of Alabama at Huntsville and NASA (July 22-16, 1999)

and from the Pioneering Partners Foundation Summit in Oakbrook, Illinois (July

30-August 3, 1999) held for the 1999 winners.  Click here to visit a photo gallery of the
   Pioneering Partners Summit.

Above are some photos of my 1997 stay in Huntsville, Alabama during Space Camp for
Teachers (run by NASA).  I had the good fortune to receive a scholarship to attend a
week long program that I was able to bring into my classroom.  I enthusiastically
recommend Space Camp for kids.  It's a great way to learn science and all about our
    nation's space program.
